These are easy to make and can be nested right in the coals to cook.
Use any beef or lamb with veggies, citrus, or seasoning.
Here's aN easy Guide for your make-ahead blends:
Mix together a roasted sheet pan of veggies:
potatoes, carrots, onions, beets, broccoli,
And 1# of uncooked ground beef.
Season with salt, pepper, and ¼ cup of your favorite salad dressing.
Place a 12” piece of heavy-duty foil on the counter.
Top the foil with 1 cup of mixture.
Fold up and roll a seam in foil.
Freeze until you pack the cooler.
Spring Garden Gojuchang Packets with SVTFarm Ground Beef
Break 1# SVTFarm Ground Beef into pieces on a sheet pan coated with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.
Quarter trimmed salad turnips and toss on.
Snap the flower end off your snap pea and peel the string off the pod. Cut in half and add to the pan.
Season with black pepper and salt.
Squeeze 1 Tbsp Gojuchang Korean Chili Paste over the top and stir to coat. I use my hands to get even coverage.
Divide into 1-2 cup portions onto foil squares and refrigerate until you take them to the fire.
Cook 10-15 minutes around hot coals
No Dishes-
Unless you use everything disposable,

You can definitely count on foil packets for moist, yummy, smooth dinners to sink your teeth into.
