It’s soo hot that no one wants to cook anything real, like main dishes with protein or energy.
And then, you grab empty-calorie, processed box snacks after the fresh raspberries are gone.
Even if they're good -it’s not filling enough, especially when the kids are home.
If you’re feeling like time, energy, and money are tight-
It only gets worse when you add on guilt and shame for being a ‘bad mom’.
So what are you going to do?

What is Kalbi?
Kalbi or Galbi is Korean for “Ribs”.
Everyone is telling me they’re having a hankering for ribs this summer.
But, traditional American-style ribs are work to make.
That’s why I’m turned on to Korean Kalbi-style.
I’m revealing how to bring flavorsome ethnic-specific cooking from Korea to farm-fresh, rural America.
Kalbi-style marinades can be applied to any meats from our farm including beef or lamb steaks, roasts, and ground.
I’m inviting you to discover the affordable, secret, frenzy that will feed your family zesty and exciting dishes with one simple recipe.
Make the Marinade:
1 cup applesauce or any fruit puree
4 SVTFarm garlic cloves minced, and more sliced for serving
1 small knob of ginger fine chopped
½ cup tamari or soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 SVTFarm scallion sliced, and more for serving
Black pepper
Blend this together and discover an authentic-tasting Korean Kalbi-style marinade versatile for any summertime plate.
Add SVTFarm meat (beef or lamb steaks, roasts, and ground meats)
Marinate meat chilled for at least 10 minutes and up to 4 hours
It was so stinking good.
I was practically drooling over the Ribeye steak and mushrooms.
When I put it together with the Hakurei salad turnip slaw, my mind was blown.
Do you ever find great recipes, but there’s not enough for the amount of time the process takes?
Maybe you try something new once, and then you’re done…
Back to plain, boring, weekly meals that don’t inspire.
I’ve got you because I am done with that!
Let me show you-
